Just wanted to say hi to everyone here, I am in the learning stage. I am gathering info, so I can make a life changing decision. I have to lose weight period, I can no longer "live to eat", I must "eat to live". Something is kinda funny though, how come people can easily go out and spend $20,000-$30,000 on a car, but have a hard time investing money in a healthy LIFE? I will be doing alot of reading, hope to make a friend or two along the way. :wink2:
