i started in may received my band june30th i have lost 53 pounds total and six sizes yet im frustrated that i bounce back and forth 2 or 3 pounds for weeks at a time but now my dr gave me water pills and i lost 6pds in less than a week but my friend says i only lost it because of the water pills can that be true other than that im excited i fit my husbands large sweatpants and xl tshirt how does the size compare what size would that be in womans

sometimes you go up or down 1 or 2 pounds i kept doing that and my dr gave me water pills

you have to change the way you eat and exercise i only have 3.5cc and im down 53 pounds since i started in may 2008 also down six sizes down get discouraged you just have to work at it

It depends on how much fiber you eat

if your losing and not gaining thats a good thing i had the band june 30th ive went down fifty pounds total with preop and six sizes down went from 26/28 to a 16 dont frown takes time and i only have 3.5 cc in band

i had mine done at mercy you have to go to seminar first and then they set up everything from theyre and theyre the only one in illinois that accepts public aid

my first fill i had 2.5 cc i went in for my second fill and he pulled the liquid out and said im missing 1 cc so he added 2 cc so i now have 3.5 cc and i was banded on june 30th do you think theres a problem

i am also bipolar ive lost fifty pounds and i had the surgery june30th ive also lost six sizes and i only have 3.5cc in an 8cc youve done great just keep your head up

well when i went to dr oct 21st he didnt give me a fill but i only eat half of what is put on my plate and when i went for a fill yesterday i lost 9 pounds i was so excited so he gave me 2 cc im up to 3.5cc i dont think im at my sweet spot i have a 8 cc band but im 30 pounds down since surgery which was june 30th

i had my surgery june30th just had my second fill he put 2 cc first one he put 2.5cc but he said i lost 1cc so i only have 3.5cc but ive lost 30 pounds since surgery last appt in oct he didnt give me a fill and he was suprised i lost 9 pounds so yesterday he gave me 2 cc i dont go back till march 31st woke up this morning i lost 2 pounds

yes my friend and i were both banded there ive lost a total of fifty pounds and my friend has lost fifty eight pounds we were banded the same day

i got my band june 30th and have only had one fill my dr is conservative he said if you get your fills to fast it wont work and ive lost 30 pounds since surgeryand dr said im doing real good hopefully ill get a fill my appts on dec 23rd

you can take any recipe and just use splenda

well people who say that dont know what theyre talking about because ive only lost fifty pounds and im so much happier im not on any pills anymore im not depressed im always happy my sex life is better im just happier all the way around i can only imagine when i get to my goal weight
