There are exercises for sciatica. I work for a pain management physician who specializes in steroid injections. Physical therapy and stretches are the most important thing you can do. I am pre op but discussed with my surgeon if I required steroids or NSAIDs what would happen. They can increase the omeprazole while on the medications to protect you, but it’s not a long term solution. I hope you feel better soon. I have plantar faciitis. I tape my foot with KT tape to work daily and use a frozen water bottle to roll under my foot. Works like a charm! -
I did mine at home. It was not very bad. Make sure 02 sat monitor that you put on your finger, stays on. They gave me tape to use. The only thing I wish I would have done different is my clothing choice that I wore while they put it on. Make sure it’s the shirt you will be wearing to sleep in.

Psych Eval Cost.. is this normal?

I did not have to pay anything, they are holding it until my deductible is met. Meaning I shouldn’t owe anything. That seems too expensive -
I just completed my sleep study at home. I had the belts around my chest and abdomen, a nasal cannula and sat monitor on my finger. I slept terribly bc I was told if the sat monitor came off it would void the test. Awaiting my results and then I will be scheduled. Good luck

You look great!

I have completed all of my insurance appointments...but they called me today and said that I need to complete a sleep study because of the way I answered my questions at first appt. Will I have to get a cpap before surgery if it comes back that I have sleep apnea???
