I had my gastric  sleeve after life long yoyo dieting.  Finally after retiring and finding my knees hurt to much to allow me to travel I decided it was time to fix myself if I could.  It seems that most of you are going and I wish I had done something like this before I hit my 60's.  But I didn't so I may not be as with it as the majority of you.  But just reading about your journeys is really helping me.  Now to figure out how to get my weight, etc. info included!!!
