Thank you all for your help. He is down about 10lbs in 5 days. I am cooking a lot of protein for him, eggs, chicken, some salmon and beef. I make him a big egg scramble or omelet every morning with zucchini, squash, broccoli, cheese and meat. Then some kind of a chef salad for lunch and veggies and meat for dinner. He has gone to the gym a few times. He is 6 foot 2 and started at 330, he is down to 320. I'm trying to cook different foods so he doesn't get bored and want to stop.
