Hi everyone So I'm 24years old, female and on Monday the 21st of January 2019 I had my gastric bypass. So far everything is going great and I feel really lucky to be doing so well. I have to admit I did not do the pre-operative diet but this was decided through a consult with my surgeon; upon release from hospital on Wednesday the 23rd of January, I weighed exactly 120.2kg. I've decided I will wait until Monday to weigh myself again but I'm excited to heal and get myself on this journey back to health.
