Did they give you a time frame to expect? My surgeons office told me it was usually 10 to 15 business days. I hope you hear quickly

I’m experiencing it now as well at 3 mos. Someone else on here told me to clench my butt cheeks when it happens which makes total sense. My grandson has multiple congenital heart conditions and when children have tachycardia they tell them to bear down like they’re having a bowel movement. It forces the blood to the upper chambers of your heart. I just had a check up with my primary. She did cut me back to one bp pill but I’m not experiencing low bp in general. It only happens first thing in the morning or if I’ve been sitting for a prolonged time. She suggested trying to move every 20 minutes or so and obviously stand still until you gain back your equilibrium.Good luck 👍🏻

All of the above is great advice. I’d also prepare them for the hormonal ups and downs that may occur in the first few weeks. My husband had been through three pregnancies with me so understood it for what it was. I’ve read that it is totally normal as our fat cells release stored estrogen. It sounds like you have a very understanding and supportive family 😎

19, 20 & 21) done. It’s been a really busy 3 days but my phone was turned off (from 10 pm til 6am 😂😂😂). 22) 5 year dream plan - to have achieved goal weight and to have successfully kept it off. For my family to continue to experience good physical and mental health. I’m sure I’ll come up with quite a few more but those are the biggies for now. I hope everyone is in good health and spirits as we start the new week 😍

We’re almost the same so don’t fret it. I play a little mind game with myself and don’t use my SW. From surgery I’m down 26 lbs. I came home 12 lbs heavier and didn’t lose a lb the first few weeks. I use my weight from the beginning of the year and that’s over 40. THAT number gets me excited and keeps me motivated. I’m a menopausal woman. You really cannot compare journeys . We all have different issues and men lose more quickly due to usually having more muscle mass. Ask yourself if you would’ve lost 23 lbs on your own? I know I wouldn’t. Or I would’ve lost it and gained back 30 🤦🏼‍♀️. You’re not alone and should be very proud of yourself 😍

I had just ordered this and it came yesterday! I LOVE it but was sort of shocked that it said I’m low in water AND protein even though I’ve been consistently hitting or surpassing my surgeons goals. I see him Tuesday for 3 month and hope he’ll tell me what’s up. Until then I’m upping my game

Totally normal! I came home 12 lbs heavier and the scale barely budged the first two weeks. I freaked out !! But once the swelling went down and my body started to heal everything changed . It’s so hard NOT to fixate on the scale but in hindsight I wish I had just stayed off the dang thing. Good luck with your healing and journey 👍🏻
