That's so good to hear Debbie Moore! I'm also day three! I don't have much pain unless I bend, standing and sitting still punches a bit, no hunger here at all just being mindful to keep sipping! But the anxiety is overwhelming I feel like I am going insane and I'm doomed! Help!!! -
