    Was banded 4/30 - so just out in front of you a bit! Feeling a little gas and missing the friendship of food. But a constant reminder that right now it is a no-no is a help. I have felt like I received a huge punch in the stomach - an effective upper cut. Trying to walk but really just want to sleep.
