Day 3 of new me. I feel good if I dont move. Sitting still I feel like nothing happened. Standing, or going to a sit of stand, it's very painful. Walking is about a 3 on the pain scale but I can manage it with pain meds. I just cant get over the... what hunger. I feel no need for food. It's so weird not to be hungry( wish it stayed) . I was fairly lucky, I havent had the gas pains. It's all incision pain. I have been taking my pills ground up with apple sauce. That is the only problem I have, the taste is so bad it almost comes back up. Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app

I'm officially on the losers bench. I had the gastric sleeve. This morning the just had me drink some water and I tolerated it ok. So now I'm on Juice. If that is ok. I get to have coffee or tea. The pain is a little worse then I thought. But since I can now swallow things I had oral pain meds. The IV pain meds didnt work as long. Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app -
