Great outfit! I really like the belt and loafers. Really looking sharp Ms. AB! Wow.
-
A wonderful find, right!? Purchased these ever so soft t-shirts in white, black and pale citron made by SeebyChloe at Saks Fifth Avenue.
-
Smoking hot, Mr. Jake. You are definitely off to an awesome day. Happy Tuesday!

Here's the back detailing of the new blouse I spoke about earlier. Belt artisans from Etsy that I really liked were Dragos @ SoS Collections and Vladislava @ PLIKbrand. There is a wide variety to select from depending upon your tastes. OOTD is new black jeans and top for mother Smith's 85th birthday celebration today! She still enjoys wearing pretty lipstick and getting manicures. B-day posies to cheer up her apartment. She was a Naval nurse (24) stationed in San Diego when pregnant with her first son, my hubs. She hid it for as long as she could because back in those days (1959) when the head nurse learned one was with child... You were automatically discharged from duty as an officer! Incredulous! ;[ Really. I love all her fascinating stories including that one.

WOW! FABULOUS! I need to sit down. Like can we be anymore drop dead gorgeous with that tucked in fitted shirt, belt and blue jeans. I agree with BF show off those assets. The V neck is so very flattering... Meow.

Not fair! When you reach your goal, then share. I wish we'd have a snow day. Winter has been so hot, boring and monotonous here this year... Love your pics with snowscapes. Send more.

You are looking amazing!!!!! Ms. Shanza! I LOVE polka dots. Send us more... ;]

I think we definitely have a live wire in Ms. November 11 from Jersey! She is adorbs - as ms.sss would say! Haha.

Oh, I thought I was sequestered from commenting as a Mrs. to the single men! Haha! Shirt's a little too large... Mr. Jake H. definitely needs to show off his buff and upper body. Jake, are you familiar with a great British men's polo line called Psycho Bunny? My husband loves the fit and finish - just like the RL line you both like and priced accordingly. AND, just in time for Easter, right? LOL. ;]

Oh my, I don't even want to tell you what the tab of final wardrobe updates after plastics. I tend to be a high-quality, low volume shopper seeking classics that last for decades. Only at this stage in life a few decades - I'll be 80! But, what the hell. I'll economize in other areas. Haha. Having a few fab custom thick leather belts (corset styled) made by Etsy gifted artisans from eastern Europe for a fraction of the cost. For the more trendy stuff - I adore our local consignment shops and estate sales or deeply discounted department store sales. Seriously though, I am looking forward to a dependable more stabilized closet. Here's one of the new blouses the new belts will go with. Of course, all the new jeans in several flavors are being hemmed for the shrimp. Oh, and my new warm hoodie - we finally got cooler temps this weekend!

Look at that ADORABLE cookie! What a cool outfit.

Me, too!!! I went from a size 8 to a 7! Almost every shoe, sneaker, slipper had to be replaced = EXPENSIVE!

Saggy Sophie no more. Plastic surgery to the rescue!

No, these were all sale items I had found when I was a size 10/12 thinking let me get them and just see! I found an absolutely gorgeous navy blue couture dress that is a true size 6. Now I know I'm smaller - as we know the designer lines are accurate. So excited to share the fruits of my labor these past few weeks. I desperately needed to replace all the basics... dresses, tops, bottoms, belts etc. Mission accomplished! ;] -
LOVE IT! ZZ Top the coolest...

30 days post op Now past the 4 week mark - I really notice a difference! Feeling mostly "back to normal" and will continue to wear the compression garments another 4 weeks to total 8. I am thrilled with the results! Assessed current wardrobe today and seem to be settling nicely into XS/S tops, size 8 dress and 6/8 slacks in petites. Most interim clothing will need to be donated. Other basics go back to seamstress. Appetite, bowels and water intake have returned to normal. Do not wish to loose anymore weight. Looking forward to moving into spring as the new stabilized me after an intense 16 months of bariatric research, planning, scheduling, gastric sleeve, nutritional and lifestyle adjustments and lastly, plastics. It's all good. So very thankful for the opportunity to have halted the obesity cycle. -
OH what a gorgeous couple and picture of you! I have goose bumps... Thanks for sharing! Mr. Bayou is definitely beaming with joy and pride for his bride. He looks stunning. And, regardless of your weight at that time - Mrs. Bayou you are simply one of the most beautiful brides I've seen. You're rockin' that amazing dress! Any thoughts of reconstructing it now and using it as a cocktail dress?! I would. ;]
-
That's okay. You have plenty of other assets.
-
Absolutely!!! Nothing like a well dressed man. As a little girl - I was absolutely bedazzled by my dad's Naval ball uniform with tails + gold cumber bun. Anticipating hubs in his 25th tux... my HEART be still! Swoon for sure. ;]
-
I agree, even for an evening gala. I was playing around with these today... When the gala awards dress is ready in a few - I'll experiment with hosiery + shoes on thread to get just that perfect look. The shrimp here loves the idea of longer legs!
-
WOW! That dress style, color + nude heels looks simply divine on you! You're looking like a billion bucks today. That icy cold December from hell was definitely worth it. Right? Meow.
-
You wear that tattoo well.
-
I can just see you in the playsuit (what pattern are you thinking?) AND classic tropical cami dress is stunning. Can't wait for you to model for us on forthcoming trip!
-
You look so FAB today! Love your curly Q hair. It frames your face so nicely.

OMG I coveted that ms.sss cropped soft sparkly top!!! Right?! And, you'd certainly define it better than the mere mannequin!
