You are looking absolutely divine in form fitting casuals! BTW, does CALIF require wearing a mask and gloves when out in public? We have been asked to do so in the grocery stores. You have inspired me to get out of my orphan Annie PJ's and oversized T shirt today! I'm going to head to the closet and try on some new things purchased but never worn this spring before quarantine. Does anyone know what day this is!!!!?

Dinner last night and lunch today. Raw cauliflower, broccoli, red grapes, cheddar cheese, chicken, red onions + slivered almonds tossed in light dijon mustard vinaigrette. Best the next day after marinating... Serving dish for hubby and myself. Forgot to show my serving size probably 1 ½ cups, and the after dish. New to this thread. Soooo, I'll get with the program. LOL. -

OMG! Not only is she beautiful - she can cook, too! This looks delish and I'm not even a fish girl - although I have heard Tilapia has less of a fishy taste and smell? -

Wow, does that look yummy. My all time favorites... I guess I missed my dinner invitation! Haha. -
Our walk after Easter dinner in the preserve behind our home. Just hung out in my oversized comfy t-shirts and sweats from heavier days. And, the super moon earlier this week.

Always loved this 1951 catchy little tune by Hank Williams... And, these days sequestered at home feeling more like a 1950's homemaker (without the dress and heels, of course) with each day that passes by. Preparing three square meals daily with the dishes and pans in the sink to prove it! LOL. Actually, a nice change having hubby work from home for a spell meeting him for lunch in eat-in kitchen. Anyone else feel like you are living the movie Groundhog day!??? I certainly do! Let's share some of our nutritious, healthy and fun favorites (and, permissible comfort foods during these trying times) keeping our spirits lifted and moving forward positively at any WLS stage. Variety is the spice of lock down days as we each pursue what works best for our body. One method or food choice plan does not fit all. Excited to see whatcha all got cookin'!? Soooo here goes... A favorite breakfast for my Weight Maintenance Stage is homemade rolled oats with apples, raisins, unsalted raw walnuts or pecans, a dash of cinnamon and brown sugar once a week. I like 1% milk over it, but wait to drink liquid after 30 minutes of digestion. That cinnamon infused milk is so delicious and so satisfying... I am usually full after ¾ to 1 cup shown here.

Easter dinner comprised of one lamb chop with mint apple jelly, roasted green beans and ¼ baked white potato with crispy skin. Six banana wheels with a smug of natural peanut butter and peanuts on top for dessert. Was so excited to eat a baked potato and lamp chop in over 16 months... I forgot to take pictures! We did take pictures of our walk afterwards in the preserve behind our home. Easter basket for mother-in-law on lock down in her memory care facility. Any favorite Easter dinners out there to post?

I will! Doesn't look like much interest here. ;[

Great idea! Let's do! All play dress up and wear our make-up this Sunday. Realized with the mask no need for make-up or lipstick! Boy, have I ever gotten lazy over the weeks... I may never want to dress again.

Not really wearing anything new these days around the house... BUT did want to wish you all a very Happy Easter or holiday weekend. We are on our 25th day of lock down. It appears to be making a difference. Yay! Easter basket made for MIL in memory care wing home locked down since March 10th. We'll miss not taking her out to lunch. Always love NE budding branches every spring for our living room. Definitely post a favorite holiday meal, a family tradition, outdoor walk, in-house outfit or such to keep all our spirits up and alive! Silly Kitty and ms.sss are missed immensely.

TOOOO cute! What an adorable little girl and grand baby! A bumble bee twin. So sorry about Heidi. She's precious. I love the Schnauzer breed. Had one growing up named Frisky. Maybe a new puppy in the future? Thanks for sharing!

New accessories for our grocery trip this past Sunday. Our big excursion for the week! Haha. Be safe. Take care. ;]

My favorite Pj night shirt with affections from Bobby lured only by his favorite puppy treats! Haha. Anyone else watching Netflix third season of Ozark? What a hoot! New sun protective pullover shrug over T-shirt - or did I post that already? Of late, the days all seem to be running into one another...

Well, HELLO Bond babe! Diamonds are Forever... Green Tealaeh is forever. Wow.
-
Looking amazing! What a wonderful figure including that cutest belly button. I think you lightened/highlighted your hair recently, too?
-
Thanks! Top's from Kohl's on line sale for $12.99 each (by Tek Gear - Dry Gear). And, true to Silly Kitty fashion... I purchased top in all 8 flavors! Very comfortable + stylish for cool or warm weather errands or exercise.

http://theconversation.com/the-fashionable-history-of-social-distancing-134464 Check it out! ;] Our community golf course is now closed. So, Bobby and I took a long, refreshing walk on the cart path this morning. Just the same ole' comfy casual favorites. And, Bobby's mid-afternoon nap behind the sofa cushions.

There will definitely be an abundance of silver linings to follow. Safe and sound, ms. exercise diva! Yay.

Wishing everyone a safe and sound passage through these perilous times. We are on lock down here trying to do our small part to lessen the impact probably coming to south Florida next. This is my 10th day homebound - but feeling confident food will not become my comforter as in the past. New habits and strategies are in place after 15+ months. I am at goal, now on maintenance and enjoying a new wardrobe. Back to wearing belts again. Yay! Literally, all dressed up and no place to go though. Oh well. To all our December 2018 sleever's - maintaining our good nutrition, limiting news reports and daily exercise will really help us fight cravings, emotional eating and the need for unhealthy comfort foods. We use to love homemade, creamy rich chocolate pudding with whole milk - Here's our new go to option AND good for you, too!
-
You are looking absolutely wonderful!!! What a beauty then, and now! So excited and happy for you, TaeRenee. Keep safe and do take good care of yourself this spring.

LOVE IT! And, scare off any gentlemen callers...

Thought these were amazing OOTD's worn by nature at local nursery yesterday. Adorable cement ornamental garden chick (a little sharp though not so fluffy) in honor of fluffy chix. And, this intriguing statuary reminded me of our own modern goddesses in greentealael, bayougirlmrs. and ms.sss. A little colorful distraction... Take the best of care everyone.
-
Oh goodness - let us know immediately about hubby. Good thoughts are being sent your way. Take good care.

What a wonderful getaway and respite! Thank you so much for sharing... Nature and all it's wonder have a way of reminding us all - This too shall pass. We went to a nursery yesterday (I'll share in next post) for plants and a white hibiscus tree to add to our midnight garden. Love your new outfit and great nails. Running around in my sneaks + casuals, too. No occasion or need to dress up. You're continuing loosing, too? Is that your desire? I'm not wanting to drop any more weight at 120. The teens just seem too drastic. Feeling those hip bones as well. Surreal, right!? Since January lost 3 additional pounds - eight total with the excess skin removal. I desire to stabilize now in my weight, clothing and wardrobe. It's exciting and exhausting all at the same time. Crave stability now. Keep well.

Saggy Sophie no more. Plastic surgery to the rescue!
Sophie7713 replied to Sophie7713's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Eight weeks post op Very thankful to have the physical stamina and healthier lifestyle now in place to face these unprecedented times. It almost seems trite to talk about myself or my plastics in this current climate our nation now faces. I am beginning to experiment with foundations weaning away from the compression garments. Purchasing fitted clothing has become a rewarding and most satisfying experience after plastics. My favorite aspect is the new 28" waistline that works perfectly with an array of new belts. I have lost a total of eight pounds since January 21 surgery date - five were excess skin removal. Now on lock down and home bound mode - I have the time to explore new recipes and cook books. The chia pudding recipes are especially delicious and highly nutritious, as well as permissible comfort food. Also, have been enjoying PBS Masterpiece Theatre - Vienna Blood. An excellent mystery production and worthy diversion.
