    Can You Guys Help Me?

    No you haven't we have all been there.....Re- focus and work on your head as much as your food intake....the mind is a very strong thing. I would focus on protein and lots of water ....64oz. of water a day can make or break it for most of us.....I am twicw as old as you and I was able to get back on track ...stay strong ....

    need some encouragement

    CB.....I have never had to have an unfil...all I can say is try doing high Protein shakes in a blender. Mix them with some fruit for extra flavor and something too munch...bluberries, peaches whatever. One other thing to remember is try to eat four small meals a day of protein. It has been a year and a half since my band and I don't get "hungry" but I do get down when I don't "refuel".....and that's another thing I think of food different now.....as fuel for me ....the right fuel for me ...and not as a right of passage as a "meal " with all the stuff......just fuel. I have taken off 120 lbs. love evry minute of it and will not return to that size again.... Good luck.... JCJ III
