This is so exciting. I have completed 6 days of my Pre-op liquid diet. I am down 14 pounds. This has been a great start. I have been varying my shakes and meals with bone broth and tomato soup. The sugar free popsicles and jello are great fillers. Not hungry or no hangry pains. I will say that you have to stay busy on the weekend. And I started walking during the week after work to develop my exercise plan. February 5th is just around the corner.
