I am 5 weeks post op and cannot tolerate the chewable vitamins . My NUT said to go ahead with the pill form of centrum complete twice a day and one 1200mg calcium citrate one daily . It’s soo much easier ! They’re horse pills but it’s better than that chalky taste .

How many hours a night are you sleeping post-op?

I had vsg on 1/2 and have been sleeping between 10-12 hours . My nutritionist advised against this because by doing that I don’t have enough hours to get all my fluids in 🤷🏻♀️. I’m sooo tired though . -
Chapstick saved my sanity . All surgeons are different but mine let me shower in the hospital . I wish I’d known that ahead of time to bring my own hair stuff .
