I am a 61 year old woman who is extremely active and has struggled with my weight gain for my entire life. I became Hypo-thyroid in my 40's and have watched my weight escalate higher and higher. I have lost weight on and off during this time but I developed peripheral Neuropathy and it has been a challenge to be physically active so the weight has continued to escalate. I feel so much better even 2 weeks out..no burning feet. I am scared to fail and am almost obsessive about this. Worried about the soft food stage and also how do I introduce food. I have a tendency to under eat and that has my metabolism in a very slow pace.
I travel the world because I have 2 sons that are Olympic Skiers and I go to watch them at World Cup events. It is truly the only time I loose the weight because I am out walking and the dinners are so good I tend not to put weight on. I am looking forward to this journey.
