I had no pre-op diet other than the day before. Just like Rick mentioned, my doctor wanted me to be as strong as possible going into this and I think this approach helped greatly with my recovery.

I'm guilty of doing the same thing with what I call "luxury" or hard to replace items. I always have to remind myself that it's better to have love and lost than to never have loved at all. They're not giving you joy if they're stuffed in your drawer. So enjoy them now or somebody else will when your gone. Then hand wash with Woolite 😉

First time visiting the beautiful California Dutch town of Solvang. The food there is amazing! Tried an ebelskiver for the first time and they’re delicious so I bought a cast iron ebelskiver pan that will be great for various egg recipes.
