  1. Hi All, i just hit one year post op and Iv lost 140lbs but Iv been lacking motivation for about 4 months now and haven’t lost any weight. My recovery post op was a struggle with gout but I’m doing better then ever. However, I’m struggling to eat right and wanting to lose the rest of the weight. Any advice on how you stay motivated to continue this journey?

    Stalled

I am 4 months post and have lost 115lbs but it seems like no matter what I do I can’t lose anymore weight. I started working out again a month ago but I can’t seem to get past 250lbs for weeks now. Any suggestions?
  6. How much food were you eating in one serving after 3 months?
  7. I am almost 3 months post op and I take my omperozalla about 20 minutes before eating but I tend to throw up (mainly foam/ acid reflux and not food) at every meal especially with meat. Does anyone have some advice?

    Swallowing Pills

How soon after surgery did you start swallowing pills again?
  9. I had my surgery 8 weeks ago and have experienced continued gout attacks and I'm limited on medications I can now take. When I don't have a flare up my toes and ankle swell throughout the day. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice? Also I'm not eating anything that would cause a flare up and the allopurinol and colchicine don't stop the attacks from coming
