I think its like 22dollars to enter in the 5k and all the proceeds go to the Ronald McDonald house that they are building....That would be awesome to have someone do it with me!! lol yea it would be nice if you had a gym right...I do weights on my arms like the butterfly machine where it does your arm muscles I really dont know the real name of the machine LOL but I find it easier to go the gym RIGHT after I get off work so that I dont have an excuse for not working out... anyhow here is the website for the 5k stuff:: Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Florida, Inc.
