Anyone having port pain. I feel like I am not back to all the activity I want, my port swells like crazy anytime I am over active. I have had one fill surgery was on 11/21 weight loss 35 lbs. I feel good other than the port. The port feels like it is stabbing me when I crunch my stomach.

I am so ready for a fill though I think my weight has stopped and still I am not eating anything. I have had a couple of glasses of wine though! I don't feel restricted at all like I can eat anything I want or at least anything I have tried I have stayed away (mostly because they are not in the house) chips, etc! I go next wednesday back to the Doc hope to get a fill then but it's been less than a month since my surgery:w00t:

Hi all I was banded Nov 21st hope you are all feeling as well as I am. I had really bad shoulder pain for a few days but now I am good. I have lost 26 lbs since the start of the liquid diet 10 days prior to surgert so since November 11. I am pleased so far!:whatchutalkingabout

I'm so grateful for this site, I am just keeping it real with the protein, my surgery was 11/21 and since I have been measuring the weight loss since the 10 days on liquids prior to the surgery I have lost 26 lbs :wub:. I bought the little bitty tuna things ( I could have eaten the 4 pack before) and that is what I had for lunch. Milk has been a big help who would have thought I would be a Milk drinker but I am! Thanks so much for always posting your thoughts this site has really helped me find some useful information before and after my surgery.:whatchutalkingabout

I would love to and by March I am being banded November 21 I may need some additional advice. I am just not sure of the timing and if I do heck with the price I want to be in New York!

I'm the 21st and scared to death. I think it's going to be a rude awakening! I eat too fast and I am not sure I have done all the preparation.

So even though you would be considered in the smaller you have lost your weight fast. I weight just about the same as you and thought it would take more than a year to lose to 150.

What is slimming? They need a dictionary on this site for all the acronyms.

I would suggest that you get a new support group.

I would change doctors if they don't have time to return your call what kind of surgeons must they be!

I was going to ask the same question. Maybe they are concerned that you will have unrealistic expectations?:confused2:

OK so I just signed up for a class on lapband yesterday, but it's not until the 29th and reading all your information is more than confusing, what are fills? I saw that on many of the peoples posts.:thumbup:
