    Of course I place the chicken in a huge bowl and season it with salt, pepper, a tiny bit of cumin, and lots of garlic powder. I then squeeze in tons of fresh lemon juice, basically until the chicken looks almost submerged in it, and add about 4 gloves of chopped garlic to the mixture. I’ll then leave it overnight and grill it whole then slice it up after that way it retains more juice. For the salad I use what’s shown in the pic (romaine, low fat feta, black olives, cucumbers, and tomatoes) red onions are usually good in a Greek salad too. For dressing I just used a store bought. I don’t know why but the only dressing I’m super picky with is Greek lol this is the one I use if you were wondering:

    Breakfast this morning was a one egg omelette stuffed with spinach, reduced fat mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, onions and 1 oz of turkey kielbasa.

    Dinner last night was a tuna melt on zero carb bread inspired by all the beautiful sandwiches @GreenTealael makes. My bf ate the other half for me.

    Used four eggs and separated the whites from the yolks. Added the yolks to the tuna and seasoned with salt, lemon pepper, parsley, a little garlic powder, and added chopped onions. I then beat the egg whites until they were fluffy and folded them in the tuna mixture. To cook them I just spooned the mixture on a pan with some olive oil spray. Note: you really don’t have to separate the whites from the yolk but I do this because it makes for a more light airy patty vs a dense one.

    Chocolate chia seed pudding made with almond milk and stevia. The middle has fat free cool whip and I topped it with cacao nibs, chocolate shavings and fat free whip cream.

    Breakfast and lunch this week has been tofu scramble with veggies. I’ll usually eat about the amount shown in the pic and the rest for lunch. My go to when I’m still hungry is a fruit bowl. Like salad, fruit is definitely a slider food for me. I can easily finish the whole thing without a problem.

    Cold weather calls for comfort food so I made Aji Panca chicken stew. Ate 4 ounces of chicken and less than 3 ounces of potatoes.

    Im avocado obsessed! Although Im still in weight loss mode and its high in cals, I find it worth it because its so filling and after a year out I find I can eat way more so it helps. Cant wait to see your beautiful creations with avocado!

    Fridays dinner was my burrito bowl again but with shrimp and Saturday’s was take out. Ordered the beef loc lac and spicy Thai wings. Ate two wings and like three bites of the beef dish. Unfortunately on Sunday I tried eating the leftovers but I threw it all all up. I think the meat was too tough on my stomach.

    Basically I’ve been eating the same thing everyday this week. Breakfast/lunch is some kind of avo toast with fruit Dinner has been a burrito bowl with a salad base or tacos with the same ingredients. The 1 carb tortillas arrived and they are not bad. Absolutely no flavor but they do the job so I can’t complain. Snack: Popcorners

    Best Home Workout Subscription

    So its been a little over a year since my surgery and I've went without exercising (I'm not counting my walks). I absolutely hate the gym. I'm super self conscious and think everyone is staring at me when I know people are too busy to care. I'm hoping one day my mentality will change but until then I'm looking to workout at home. I haven't felt this good in years and I finally have the motivation to exercise. I never thought I'd be saying this but I have such a strong drive to sweat my a** off and lose the rest of this weight. Anyways, I'm looking for a good workout subscription, any recommendations? I was doing some research and it seems like Beach Body and Daily Burn are two of the most popular. Does anyone have experience with either of them? Today I'll be starting the Lily Sabri workouts from YouTube. Her workouts seem like they're going to kill me which is what I'm looking for. If anyone knows any other YouTuber's like her please pass those names along, thank you!!

    Breakfast today: The usual avo toast with a scrambled egg, fruit with almond butter and another egg on the side. This was a much better balance and I was full. Also took a couple bites of my bfs chia seed pudding bowl.
