Hey Guys! I have 3 of these canisters for sale! Unopened of course. I paid $50 plus shipping for each. Selling for $40 which includes shipping. Please let me know if interested. I was able to go through 2 canisters Pre and Post Op, now I'm off to better yummy sources of protein! -

@Avery's Mom Yes! That would help! See pic. My Surgeon carries this in his office. I ordered 3(min amount) online just because I didn't want to make the 30 min drive to his office. -
10 day PreOp Diet and 11 Days Post Op and STILL can’t a good Decaf Coffee. Anybody find something or the right mix of flavorings to may a good tasting Decaf coffee? Any good creamers or flavorings? I’ve ALWAYS hated the taste of fake sugar. Suffering...

Had my surgery on 12/20/18. First month, required to take vitamins in powder form. I just can't keep the powder form down. So chalky and disgusting! Threw it up today. Any suggestions on getting the required nutrients? Others that have had this surgery for a while, when can you take pill form?

Has anyone tried the vitamin patches? Just found those on this BariatricPal site. Seems that may be a great option!
