10 day PreOp Diet and 11 Days Post Op and STILL can’t a good Decaf Coffee. Anybody find something or the right mix of flavorings to may a good tasting Decaf coffee? Any good creamers or flavorings? I’ve ALWAYS hated the taste of fake sugar. Suffering...

Has anyone tried the vitamin patches? Just found those on this BariatricPal site. Seems that may be a great option!

Had my surgery on 12/20/18. First month, required to take vitamins in powder form. I just can't keep the powder form down. So chalky and disgusting! Threw it up today. Any suggestions on getting the required nutrients? Others that have had this surgery for a while, when can you take pill form?
