Broccoli, which makes me sad. -
It is very common for us to no longer tolerate whey. My nutritionist had me use plant based protein starting with the pre op diet and to also change to almond milk. So glad I did.

One year ago today I had my surgery. Down 108 lbs with a ways to go. I don’t see it in the mirror, but i do in pictures. I’m thankful for this journey and look forward to getting to goal. 77 lbs to go. I’m more than halfway there! 🤓

Today is my 6 month surgiversary. 82.8 lbs down. So grateful to be on this journey. 🥰

I really have to look at this chart often as I think I should lose faster. So this really keeps me sane. Lol

It’s difficult for us not to compare. I have to remind myself this is a journey and not a race. I’m not In competition with anyone. Just trying to get back to a healthier me. 😊

It looks like to me for your starting weight you are right on target. Someone gave me this to use as a guide and it’s been pretty accurate. Hopefully it’s helpful to you n

Just wanted to provide an update that as of last Tuesday I am down 70lbs. 6 more pounds and I’ll out of the 300s. Can’t see a big difference in photos, but can definitely feel it. Feeling thankful! -

Was sleeved 12/4/2018 and hit a 70 lb loss on Tuesday! Am trying to hit 75 lbs by My April 12th doctor appointment. I don’t see a big difference, but I feel it! Looking forward to seeing where this journey takes me.

I’m brand new to this site as of today. Had my sleeve on December 4th. Have lost a total of 38 lbs as of today. Can others who had surgery on the 4th share their weight loss? Thought it would be a little faster.
