Hi..yes Dr. Owens does the surgery in san diego for Alvarado Hospital...but his practice and office are in San Pedro. He does not come down to San diego often, once a month. I had surgery from him in san pedro and i live in san diego and do the fills when he comes...he is a GREAT dr...and I have been so successful....- 161 pounds in 1 year 4 months. Call the san pedro office..coastal center for obesity...HE is soo suportive and helpful... -
