I was on someother kind of pre-op powder mix from the initial surgeon I was with, but it worked and I lost 20lbs, then cheated a bit because surgery was postponed. Right now I am down about 40lbs. Having problems with gas in the belly. Be sure to use Mallox Plus or Gas-X, because regular Malox doesn't have simethicone. Good luck
