I was shocked that I enjoyed it with no sugar and butter.. my usual additions. It helped me to know that those choices are not good or necessary. I guess im learning 😊

Haven’t heard of those, I’ll add it to my list of new stuff to try. Today, I got tired of the gurgles in my stomach so I tried a lil cream of wheat and so far so good 😊 it’s stayed down with no problem 🙏

This is most helpful, THANK you! I’m going to give these lil cups a try today. I can’t stomach this premier protein drink but I’m freezing it and trying it that way today as well and mixing in the tasteless kind into my cream of wheat and broth. If this all works I’ll be good! Yes, we got this and we are worth it❗️

Wow! Call your doctor ❗️ I don’t feel like that but drinking is a challenge. It’s harder than I thought it would be. I used to like the protein drinks before surgery, but now I can’t hardly tolerate them. R U drinking enough? It may be dehydration if not
