    Married; I have 5 children, 3 girls (15,12,10), 2 boys (3,4). I had the lap-band surgery on Dec 13, 2005. I want to lose weight so I can feel better and do more with my kids. I also have to have back surgery/ herniated disc,need to lose weight.
