Is there ANYONE else that has started eating some solids at week 5 and just get nauseated? I am hungry usually, but some things I eat chew very well but just get nauseated and don't hold my food down all the time. I am drinking my protein shakes to accommodate for the meals I am not getting down. I am kinda upset about it but please tell me that this is going to pass soon. I try to eat more times than before to keep myself from being hungry or feeling starved but by body just rejects it but at the same time I'm hungry as all get out. Hey ya'll, I am almost 4 weeks PO and I'm dwn 27 lbs but I have hit a stall and trying not to get worried but we know that's hard. How long will the stall usually last? I have been eating lesser, but drinking more water. Especially since starting back to school and work. I started bck walking today on my lunch break, so hopefully this stall will move that scale and ruler for that matter. Sent from my SM-G930VL using BariatricPal mobile app

Thanks for this info Steve, will continue to walk hopefully run this weekend I'm off and try to eat a little bit more than I have been. I said I wanted to start eating 6 small meals in stead of the 3 that I am currently doing. ☺

Hello my fellow December 2018 sleevers! I am down 27 lb today. I am struggling with recipes and different foods that I can have that will help me not getting nauseated. I am still trying to get down the 64 oz of fluid I generally get down my protein for the day. I am hungry at the time that I should be hungry usually in the morning I am very hungry and throughout the day I try to find out different things that I could eat. I started back school and work and my internship this week so I have not went to the physical gym but I have been getting my steps in for the day. I want to use this week to incorporate my aerobics to see if I can jog and or walk for 2 miles with the schedule change. I am finding myself sleepy a lot more than the first two weeks. I went to the pharmacy and purchased all of my important vitamins so maybe starting my B12 will help me with the energy. Has anyone else been feeling hungry more or has obtain their appetite? I purchase a no sugar no calorie lemonade today to help me get down more water or fluid intake so hopefully that helps. How is everyone else Oz intake going thus far? I need help on different recipes that you guys are trying I'm tired of trying to eat the same things am I generally do not get it all down because I'm kind of tired of it. Hi Jelena congrats on your weight-loss journey thus far! I am 3 weeks and 3 days from my surgery. I had that issue as well with my protein shakes being too sweet and I diluted them with water[emoji6], what a big difference it is. Plus you can get a little more water down too. I am usually hungry as normal, but when I try to figure out what I want to eat and finally sit down to eat I can barely eat it. I just picked up me some no sugar no calorie lemonade made by Country Time to help me get down more water. I did notice that cold liquids aren't really the BEST and I am satisfied with room temp water. I generally put my foods in an app as well and I am trying to gather now what can get me more calories because I am tired more from the change of work school and internship schedule as of this past Monday! So we will get there. Try writing the things you need to do and see if that works for you. Sent from my SM-G930VL using BariatricPal mobile app

I had a depressed day and basically wanting to be alone and everyone not getting how I felt, and not being able to figure out what my body can tolerate, but this chick here sat down, regrouped, and thought of alternatives to get myself together. Prayer, Music, water, and walks. The next day was a lot better. I felt stuck literally. But, I got a little more MOJO to keep pushing...WE CAN DO THIS Y'ALL![emoji847][emoji7] Sent from my SM-G930VL using BariatricPal mobile app

Jelena, I'm in the SAME BOAT AS U with the alcohol, I wouldn't dare try to drink ANYTHING! It seems the things that I have tried that are NOT whew truly on my liquid schedule had kicked me in the buttocks sooo, I'll wait and boy when I get that 1st glass of wine, I will gladly dance and sing with it lol. I'm trying to get more ideas of what a chick can tolerate next stage of full liquids shoooted. December 20th sleever here. 20lbs down, still liquids, and soft mushy things now. I had to reach out to a coworker who recently had the sleeve 8 months ago, and she said it was the BEST decision she could have made, so that gives me hope[emoji847] you'll do great Mama234. Each day is a day closer to a better you[emoji38] Sent from my SM-G930VL using BariatricPal mobile app

Hey sleevers, I'm 20 lbs down myself, and I'm 2 weeks PO SLEEVE on Thursday. I called myself trying grits with eggs 2 days before..NO GO[emoji17] I believe it was the eggs tbh. But I just didn't eat any of it. Had a shitty day on Saturday so I was not in the mood for anything really. Today was so much better, I got mile mile in today, didn't drink all 64 ozs but I did puree some potatoes yesterday and kept it down. I am looking forward to the bake fish when I get there. Still taking mostly liquids though. Any suggestions for the full liquids stage from the graduate sleevers. I am not a fan of the Greek yogurt. Unless it's the brand, I got a different brand this time for the next stage. Keep pushing you guys got this[emoji108][emoji108] Sent from my SM-G930VL using BariatricPal mobile app

Well, guys after diluting the Campbell's tomato soup, my belly did not like it after the 3rd or 4th tablespoon, so yeah, I discarded it as well. I will just stick and duke out this next 7 days like a "G"! I got some egg drop soup, and I made veggie soup today for the family, but I will still hold off on taking any of the juices in. I am still trying to get the 64 ozs completed. I did complete my 1-mile walk today, as my goal was set for today. 11 oz protein shake, and water for the rest of the day for me!!

Hey Zombie! I spoke with my surgeon's nurse and explained to her that the most I was able to get down was 40+/- and she explained to me that I should strive for the 64, but if 35-45 was all I could tolerate, just to work it in little at a time and slow sips of course. I'm PO 7 days today. I did my 1st-mile walk today, and I have been able to get down 54 ozs on yesterday, shooting for the 64 today, still working, but I might not make the 64 oz marker today, but I am working on it. Keep striving. Use the drink reminder so you can at least try every 15 minutes or so. Keep pushing!! We are all in this together! 💪
