I came across Leslie on line one night and used the trial walks directly from my computer for several weeks before I got lazy and stopped. I just recently purchased the 1,2 & 3 mile walks. I've been inactive for so long that even doing the 1 mile walk is like I've run a marathon. I've got a way to go before I can even consider doing more than that. I work for a hospital and have access to the cardio rehab lab for free so am trying to get in the habit of using the machines there. I used to walk outside for exercise on my lunch hours and really enjoyed it until I hurt my foot. I really missed it and packed on 40 lbs I had taken off, so that now it just plain hurts to walk. I'm trying to get motivated to move my body so that when September 30 rolls around and I get banded that I will have a head start on the exercise part of the life style change. Just purchased a new DVD player for the basement rec room so that I can exercise in private. Wish me luck!
