Do you ever feel like your sleeve is not working ok so here goes I’m 3 weeks out and I have been trying to stay on track this week has been hard because I have been eating regular food I know totally bad and even tho I can eat I don’t eat as much as before but I don’t think it’s 2 oz or 3 oz of food like today for breakfast I had two over easy eggs and 2 small sausage links and I was fine also if I eat something I find myself being able to eat again like a hour later which is crazy I also have not lost any of my taste buds for food like people say so Is this normal

Thanks for reaching out I appreciate it because I messed up this week I think I am just going to do water and protein shakes and my oatmeal that’s it because i don’t want to mess myself up and I just want to eat right

Ok thanks y’all then maybe I need to get more fluids in and talk to my doctor because I know I’m not supposed to eat as much or maybe I’m waiting to long to eat or drink idk but I’m going to switch some things around and see what happens I want to thank all of y’all for helping
