Brooks Ghost sneakers all the way!!!On 04/23/2019 at 21:45, GreenTealael said:
Anyone have walking/running sneaker recommendations?
Let's be honest here, if i own them ... they are just for show 😖😓😁😝
Light weight, great arch support (I do put extra added support inside bc I have low arches). Feel like your walking on a cloud.GreenTealael reacted to this -
That’s awesome!!
Mine have faded but the one where they pulled the stomach portion they took out is still hard and you can still see it.logicwand reacted to this -
You too amazing! Congrats!!!On 04/17/2019 at 09:27, Little Kansas Kitty said:
OMG - you probably won't see this until you are post-op, so CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! So exciting! This is such a great gift you're giving to yourself.
You are too kind. I do have excess skin! I have some under my arms (not extremely bad)...I do try to hit the gym 3x a week for 15 minutes to work on them a bit. Also, I've gained and lost so much over the years that losing 100 lbs. will take a toll on your body. I do run 50 miles per week which helps with muscle in the legs. Also, I had a mommy makeover (tummy tuck, breast lift and augmentation) 7 years ago which helped keep some of those areas firm. However, my booty is sad, sad, sad and pretty much non existent. LOL (insert crying emoji here) Also, my upper thighs are wrinkly and loose too. I plan to possibly address the booty in 2020 before I turn 40 years old. The nice thing is, is we have options if we decide to go the plastics route. Technology and medicine has come so far.

I don’t see any of your trocar incisions either!!On 04/16/2019 at 13:41, logicwand said:
Boobs take a long time to heal...just like our stomachs. The scars are looking better and they have really dropped and fluffed. Just wanted to post an update. Another before and after. This BL/BA was like the crown on top of sleeve surgery. I highly recommend if you're considering it. I have even more confidence and I didn't think that was possible after the sleeve. Lol

I want and need my boobs done too!! You’re here in Houston right?
Your stomach/body looks so tone...mine is very loose looking but I think that had a whole lot to do with my not getting enough protien in and losing a ton of muscle along w my fat. Trying to lift weights in the gym and get it back—the muscle that is lol not the fat!!logicwand reacted to this -
I’m curious. How did you find out about that? I would like to get some info tooOn 03/20/2019 at 07:22, Everythinganna said:
I’m in Florida now but I am from Livingston/Jasper/Nacogdoches/Lufkin/Midtown/the Woodlands/KLEIN - Go Bearcats!! I used the Baylor residence program for a lot of cosmetic surgeries/Botox. I had liposuction and breast lift/ implants in 2008. My implants are way too big for me now but at the time they seemed like a logical idea. Looking to get those removed/ revised. I have since had two accidents and now suffer with back pain.
Baylor did a great job with my Lipo (Of course I gained back all the crap that I had liposucked our and ended up having a sleeve years later). But it’s a great program if you haven’t looked into it yet... I paid like $3400 for boobs and $4000 for the rest - 2 different surgeries. Would have been cheaper but I opted for the overnight hospital package at Methodist. I just wanted to comfort of staying in a hospital bed overnight with 24 hours care. Anyway, just my 2 cents...

This is crazy but I haven’t gone for a proper fitting yet! I’m 4 months post breast lift and implants. I should really get some decent, supportive bras but I have two great sports bras that have worked so well thus far. Lol I’m about a 36D and was a 36B/34C. I will update with my true size after a bona fide fitting.GreenTealael reacted to this -
I live just south of Houston. Curious who are you using? On 01/01/2019 at 18:38, Jean E. said:
Congratulations!!! You look great! Beautiful bosoms. That will be my third surgery. I am doing legs and arms Jan 10th. Then 360 and breast lift. Then implants. Hopefully all this year. Also in Houston.

Think you’re right that Chinese is just too fattening. I didn’t get dumping...although that would have been better than the nausea that I felt.
-
I did not wash it down. I never drink before, during or after eating (30 min after)
I always eat slow and as soon as a feeling comes I stop. Last night was a bad combination of my being hungry and eating too fast and distracted with talking. I’ll def not let that happen again. That feeling was HORRIBLE. I’ll def remember that feeling as to not do that again.ProudGrammy reacted to this -
Don’t...enjoy that everything went right!😊

Doom and gloom feeling about what? The surgery that went well? Or are you feeling like you’re waiting for something to go wrong?

Omg y’all. Tonight my husband and I sat down for dinner. We shared an order of general tso.
I ate two bites of egg roll, two balls of chicken and prob a 1 1/2 tbls spoon of rice. Number one, poor choice in a high fat dinner, was hungry so ate too fast and ate too much apparently. Suddenly I felt this sudden nausea hit me hard!! Feels terrible and like the food comes all the way up to my throat. I am 10 mos out and haven’t over ate before....guess this is what it feels like?!! Omg horrible. How long til this goes away?!!! I have not thrown up but feel nauseous.Healthy_life2 reacted to this -
Yes mine was super smooth!! Only thing I had was gas pain but that disappeared and was expected.
Recovery was very easy but I also didn’t have any previous surgeries in the past. I will be a year end of July.
Glad your surgery and recovery went well!! -

I have to say crossing my legs easily. Before I had to hold them together uncomfortably and they just lay over eachother now.
I love seeing my bones in my neckline(clavicle) and this May sound gross but I like it that I can feel my whole spine!!
Loose skin is ugh but I can totally get over that.
My girls are like deflated Water balloons but my goal is to get to my goal and keep it off for a solid year and then gift myself a boob lift and new boobs.
I am 12 pounds from goal!!! -
Move as much as you can. It will help get the gas out. Congrats on your surgery!
