Wow that’s high!! Per pound or for two cutlets? Prices here for everything have gone up. I spend almost a $100 more at the grocery store now than I did 6 mos ago. Use to spend like $200 a week and now it’s easily $300 and over.

Yes it all looks soooo good!! My husband cooked up a new recipe he got from his brother. Apple Cake. Haven’t had any yet but I’ll send a pic of it. Sent over some to parents and they loved it. This is all that’s left after parents/his Dan , one teen kid and still one to go….my guess is there will be none very soon lol

I’m with you. Resorts even the ones that aren’t all inclusive, the restraunts on site are not that great. …and cruise food is blah to me. When we travel we go outside to local places. 12 days without pooping?!!!

Hi! Start with are you logging everything going in… You may just not be getting in enough protein and water. Log everything and get with your nutritionist. You’re still pretty early in the process so any adjustments will be easily corrected with your nutritionist. Wish you the best of luck. Keep your chin up. There are a lot of ups and downs in the losing process. So try and be patient as you are on a roller coaster ride of emotions and physical changes. This forum is a wealth of information. People on here have helped me tremendously. Wish you the best
