Yes!! I agree totally. I knew I was big but didn’t realize it until I lost weight. Now that I’ve lost weight I see myself as still needing to lose weight even though I’m st goal and maintaining. I fear being fat again.

You look great! You must be one of the lucky ones who didn’t loose any of your girls in the weight loss process! Mine disappeared with the weight!

I am almost 2 years post op. I still have not had any carbonated drinks at all. I was told no drinking through a straw or carbonated drinks. I think you should follow what your surgeon suggest. Mine recommended none so that’s what I stick with and am happy without them anyways. I gave up diet cokes two years before my surgery so it wasn’t hard for me to not drink them.

Hope this info helps! You comes dry and you boil it with cinnamon sticks, cloves, and pineapple skin. Once it’s done put it in the fridge and when it’s cold you add lime juice and sweetener of your choice. It’s sooo good😍 the last pic is what it looks like when it’s done. You can top it off with chopped apples. The drink is called chicha morada..... and no, it tastes NOTHING like corn I have been wondering the same thing. Haven’t seen her in in a while. I sent her a couple PM and haven’t heard bk. I hope she and her family are all ok.

It was me🙋🏻‍♀️ It was cool on 210 for 3 hours. Mine didn’t come out very well. I think it was bc my strawberry pieces were are diff sizes. Think when you cut them up try and cut up to match sizes. Let me know how yours turn out!! I got it off of Pinterest.

Anyone tried cooking strawberries in the oven for three hours on 210. I saw it on Pinterest. Guess cooking them brings out the natural sugars and they can taste like candy. I’ve got a sweet tooth so this will be better for me than the alternative! Just put them in. We shall see!! I love Pinterest!!❤️🍓❤️🍓

Hey I know this post is old. I live just south of Houston. I heard ciaravino is really good before I even saw your post. Unfortunately when I called for a consult he is now the director and doesn’t do surgery anymore. He has a new surgeon working under him. Soooo I’m not super comfortable with that. Bummer bc I herd so many great things. Your pics look Great!!

My gut feels like this is a lot of money. But my gut also feels like I want to complete the journey. My gut also says people go on vacations and spend more money.
