  1. I love salads! They NEVER get old! Lol
  2. Hey!! So excited to see your results!!!! Good luck tomorrow!! Keep us updated!!🙏🏻
  3. Looks REALLY good. jerk style is spicy right? I’m on the wimpy side when it comes to heat!
  4. @ryandafatty I can tell in your face you have lost weight for sure. What do you mean you can’t breathe? Have you talked about this to your doctor bc that sounds like that would be a scary feeling
  5. Blueberries!! Love love blueberries. I despise olives of any kind🤢
  6. I see the avacodo toast (yuuummmmm) What is the pink stuff to the left with the onion on it?
  7. Those look sooo good! I love lettuce wraps!!
  8. Same ole salad I’ve sent pics of before but here it is again! I eat this every day for lunch. Never gets old For me. I 💛 it!!
  9. I love salmon anything! I also love all salads!! I’ve never been a kale fan but everything sounds so good!! The creamy dressing does too!!!
  10. It’s So good. I think next time I make it though I’ll use the low sodium soy sauce. Little salty for me. But I loved this recipe. A friend was eating it at work and gave it to me! Let me know if you like it! Very light.
  11. Well?? Did you get to eat your filet?!!
  12. Yes I’m always glad when the holidays are over. We didn’t do anything for New Years eve so we decided today for dinner to make some filets. My absolute favorite and they don’t take long to make.
  13. No drains for my sleeve either. I also work in an OR and do bariatric surgery and have never seen a drain have to be placed after. I’m in the US so maybe it varies in other countries or maybe even US states. But I’m my experience I haven’t seen them have to be placed.
  14. Looks so good. I love love love avacodo!! I’ve never had avacodo with an egg?! Fried or over easy eggs are the only eggs I can eat. Scrambling post sleeve gross me out. Smell of them cooking and the taste.
  15. Very true. I agree w you. I think the boxes are deceiving-some just have that ingredient in it. Mixed w flour etc. Some are NOT all cauliflower crust as they claim. really have to read the labels. I’ve found that if I get my own pizza dough-roll it out really thin and make it that way. It turns out to be just as good and prob better cal/fat wise. Although I haven’t done the calculations. I’m not a big pizza eater so I rarely eat it to begin with. But when I do that is my pref to make it myself. I control the thickness of the crust, the sauce, the toppings
  16. Unfortunately I love lots of cream cheese on a bagel. Which is also why I don’t eat them at all lol Looks amazing!!

Your surgeon doesn’t have a certain one he works with? Mine had a particular one and they scheduled it for me. Now mine was pre all this COVId stuff so not sure if that has something to do with it. Check w your surgeon. Maybe he/she can facilitate the process for you?
  19. Haven’t posted a food pic in a while. Def not anything fancy lol “Taco Monday!” Ground lean Turkey, avacodo, shredded cheese, corn flat crunchy

    Nerves

Man I wasn’t worried about the typical things either like death etc… I worried mostly that it wouldn’t work for me. That I wouldn’t get to goal or that I’d regain it all back. I’m here to you tell you that it did work for me and 4 years later I’ve kept it off. That worry doesn’t go away though. I still worry that I’ll regain. So for me I say…..#WORTH IT!

    August 24!

You scar really well. Not dark or lumpy! Sorry about the numbness. What did your PS say other than possible rare unwanted outcome?
  22. Hey everyone I’m considering my next PS which will be a thigh lift. Just in research mode. Prob a year at least out from that. I’m curious for those who have had thigh lifts if it left your calves loose looking-like thigh is all tight now but calves loose looking. how far down did your surgeon go down the leg? To the knee or was it much higher? Also, looking for pics bc honestly that would be one scar that would be hard to hide and I don’t scar well. Anyone with experience that wouldn’t mind sharing that would be appreciated! Thank you!
  23. Sorry I don’t live in the Austin area. I’m in Houston. I traveled to Austin for my PS. My bariatric surgeon was Khoi Du. He is AWESOME!!!
