ChubRub's Plastic Surgery Thread
Kris77 replied to ChubRub's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
You look amazing!!! -
*did it feel when you wore it.
-
Thanks!! Yea I didn’t even make it an hour in this. Kinda painful at this stage in my recovery. Think I’ll wait a little longer to wear it. How does it feel when you wore it?
-
So I go back to work tomorrow! Got my Faja on. Had to go with a diff size. The measurements for me didn’t line up with the size that was selected. Couldn’t get that one on. So I went up a size. This is that one. It’s tight.

Omg those looks so good! I have a weakness for sweet treats! -
Or maybe some black leggings or yoga pants maybe? I’m going to try and get my Faja on today. 🤞🏻 You have to put a lot of effort into closing it up which is hard when you have had a TT and there is swelling. I don’t want to smoosh everything too much. Anyways we shall see. If I do get it on I’ll post a pic😳

Can I see some before and after pics?

You’re doing great!! Keep up the great work!! -
I took 3 weeks total off. Some of that was traveling to the place to have surgery so I guess two and a half weeks off. I have scrubbed for many years and now mainly help run the desk so I won’t need to do any lifting etc of patients. If I was still scrubbing then that would be different and I would need more time off.
-
That’s a super easy answer. Scrubs. I have the best work outfit ever. Lol I work in the Operating Room in a Hospital so we wear scrubs and a surgical hat. So on top of not having to worry about an outfit, my hair goes back in a ponytail and I get to wear sneakers!

Due to go back to work on Monday. I’ll be glad too. Need to get back to a routine. ESP w eating.

Omg that is so awesome!!! I’m still up on my scale!! So happy for you!! I think mine is several things:A-I’m eating and snacking more being home all the time. B-fluid and swelling and then C-perhaps the new girls I’m sporting up top lol -
Plastic Surgery Countdown is on!
Kris77 replied to kristieshannon's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Hey! Looks great! You look tiny!! Mind me asking what size you are vs what size you ordered? Brand? If you want you can PM me with the info. I ordered based on my measurements as it said. We shall see. Mine comes today. I ordered that beautiful Ms Doutfire tan color bc I figured it would be able to go under most clothes without showing. I would have preferred black like what you have. -

How do you handle the "How much have you lost" question?
Kris77 replied to FindYourFire's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Guess I never minded people asking how much weight have I lost. But I did mind when people would go further with it and say you need to stop losing weight...etc That’s when I change the subject or say oh I’ve lost everything I wanted to. People have no filter now a days. Returned a breast augmentation bra to amazon at the Kohl’s store yesterday and the girl said to me “oh you got your breasts done” while I said yes. It occurred to me afterwards that that was super nosy of her and kinda rude to blurt out. People have no filters now a days. I don’t let it bother me much though. The asking about the weight. I’m proud of myself. Be proud of your accomplishment and don’t let anyone take that away from you by making you feel weird. Turn it around and start asking them personal questions maybe? -
Thank you! Had an amazing surgeon. Dr. Mahlon Kerr. He is in Round Rock Texas (Austin area)

Plastic Surgery Countdown is on!

Oh man sorry you had a rough day. Planes are so cramped up too. And that’s pretty much cross country. How many hours of a flight is that anyways?? Get some rest and hope you get to feeling better! Hey who is taking your drains out? Your primary care Dr? -
It’s doesn’t matter anyways bc I’m on my back whether I want to be or not in that darn recliner. 🤪
-
I need to ask surgeon. Is there a length of time you have to sleep on your back.?? I read on another post from someone you need to sleep on your back initially until your implants settle into place? Anyone know anything about that? I plan to ask him tomorrow. Just seeing if anyone else has heard that?

ChubRub's Plastic Surgery Thread
Kris77 replied to ChubRub's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
I’m jealous! I tried my bed (sleeping in my side)but my tummy tuck incision kinda started to sting after about an hour. I was afraid I was putting too much pressure on it so moved back to the recliner. 😔 -
