    Cold

Hmm never happened to me but did you eat something with sugar or high in fat before this happened? I know when I eat something fatty and too fast I’ve gotten sick. I learned not to do that again and quick. Hope you find out what the cause is!

    Pre-op diet & failure

Don’t cheat. There are a few reasons I was told to stick w the pre op diet. 1) it shrinks your liver bed and allows the surgeon room to see and work where he needs to work. 2) this is the start of your new life-make those changes now and follow the rules so you can be successful after surgery too following the rules laid down for you. YOU CAN DO THIS!! Just think once the surgery is over the hunger pains will be much easier to manage. Use that Honeymoon period to make lasting changes to your eating/lifestyle and they will become habits. Good luck tomorrow! Keep us updated!!
  8. I’m not sure about your Bladder/prostate but I’d think it’s the much less fluid intake you are getting. I pee WAY less than before-even years out. Ask your surgeon./doctor They are there to help.
  9. I wasn’t able to get a lot of fluids down in the beginning too which made me dehydrated. So in turn I had to take small sips frequently instead. That and make sure I did bc I wasn’t peeing a lot which meant dehydration which isn’t good. Once I concentrated on small sips freq that helped. It will get better. There is a Clear Protien by Premier Protien. You can get hydrated at the same time as getting your Protien in. Keep your head up, it’ll get better.

    Pre op before and after

Awesome!! beginning of your transformation! So exciting! Welcome to the club!
  11. I also had a TT, breast lift and Augmentation done in Jan. I was sleeved in July 2018. The diff in a mini vs a full TT is the muscle tightening. The mini is just the skin and below the belly button. A full TT is full muscle tightening like a corset and then pulled down from above the belly button. Good luck to you!! Let us know what you decide to do so we can follow your PS journey!

Remembering foods you can’t eat now

For me I don’t do any pasta or bread. They are heavy and swell up in the stomach. Plus, Those are not worth it to me. I’d rather save those calories and carbs for something else. Honestly I don’t miss them really. Pasta was never a big deal to me but bread was. I loved bread. I’m use to not eating it.
  18. Must have this recipe!! Looks so good!! You are quite the chef!! If your food tastes as great as it looks....Maybe you should be one! Bc it looks amazing!

  20. I agree. Those women are not your real, true friends. I’m very sorry this has been your experience. Honestly if they are like this then they prob weren’t a very good friend before but maybe it wasn’t realized until now. I’m sorry you deserve to be congratulated on your success and cheered on. Continue to keep up the good work and if you need friends and kind words of encouragement there are plenty here on this forum that will be here for you! Keep your head up! Great job!!
