The pink drink is the one that is the refresher but with coconut milk added to it. I haven’t ever tried that. But it looks good. -

Yea that’s true. I have things that I occasionally eat/drink that are sliders or not the best choice. So don’t beat yourself up on it. One of them for me is SB Refreshers!! They are soooo bad. I try not to drink them but once a week if any but they are so good. Esp w our freakin hot weather here in Texas. Today is high of 105. 🔥 -

I don’t see cereal as a good option for me since surgery. I’m post sleeve -5 years. You have to be careful with cereals bc alot of brands claim to be “healthy” but they have hidden sugars etc-and tons of carbs w little or no protien in them aside from the milk. I feel like for me cereal would be more of a slider food. Like it wouldn’t fill you up. Not a lot of protein in it. Also, I’m not a breakfast person so that’s prob easier for me to say too. Bc I’m not. My go to is Ratio Coconut Yogurt w fresh blueberries. Ratio is low in sugar 3, 25g protein and 170 calories, 8 carbs -

Those look yummy!!! I love teriyaki sauce on my wings!! BWWs was my all time fav. But since we started air frying our wings at home and making them ourselves that is my fav. Plus they sell the sauces in BWW brand among other brands and flavors too in the grocery store. My boys and hub all do Honey BBQ and I do old faithful teriyaki. (I don’t do any kind of spicy type food!) Sooo good. If yall haven’t tried them in the air fryer -you should -

Thick (turn your spoon upside down and it all stays on there-)and smooth in flavor. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I tried it. Really good. Plus I add Jumbo blueberries!!! I did not like the vanilla one. Tasted like that fake sweetener flavor. The coconut one is REALLY good. My son loves the strawberry flavored one. I haven’t tried that one myself though. -

This brand is fairly new to H‑E‑B. (I live in Texas) I have not seen any this high before. This is really thick-not gritty. Really really good. Filling in a good way. -

This is the yogurt I’m in love with. For a while I wasn’t able to eat yogurt without my stomach hurting. This one does just fine!! It’s Coconut Protein Yogurt. 25grams of protein /3 sugars/4 fat grams/8 carbs/170 calories. I put Jumbo blueberries in this and eat this for breakfast -

Yea I can see how it sounds expensive but they are big. So you can eat them for breakfast like at least four times for one. So that comes out to $1. So not really expensive when you think about a meal. Even if you paired it w a yogurt. -

Def call your surgeons office. Even if it’s Sunday. They have a doctor on call. They can guide you on what they think you should do. -

Rummaged through the fridge to put together something. (We aren’t cooking tonight!) Cut up some chicken breast, baby cucumbers, and avacodo on a lettuce boat. Only ate one. Eyes were bigger lol Pic isn’t a really good pic as the tacos wouldn’t stand up on their own. -
