Went out for drinks and dinner w a girlfriend last night. Tried something outside my box. This is a fried avacodo stuffed w shrimp over a bed of marisco sauce w crawfish and more shrimp I didn’t eat the breading. Too thick. Avacodo, shrimp and crawfish were yummy. Only had a few bites Brought home but no one in my family eats avacodo except me! Not sure avacodo holds up once open so it may go in the trash.

My Birthday dinner at home per my request. My hub makes by far the best filet I’ve ever had. Grilled asparagus with a small slice of sweet potato. Appetizer was Cajun boiled shrimp that I’ve been talking about wanting for a couple weeks so I ate some of those. Resulting in my getting full and eating only a couple bites of filet, two asparagus spears and none of the sweet potato. Birthday cake was strawberry w fresh strawberries on top. Hub made that too!! Had a very small piece of cake bc I was full.

That looks so good! I love salmon made any which way!! Looking at that it doesn’t even need dressing!! Yum!!!!!
