Surpsingly Beautiful here in Texas today unlike where ms.sss is-no rain here!! We got a cool front overnight so our high is 75!! I actually went for a run (I never run unless being chased! Lol Then decided it was so beautiful I’d go for a bike ride as well!! Then ran errands. Bk home so it’s late lunch time 2:30 ish. Same ole same ole lunch I always eat. 1/2 grilled chicken breast, half avacodo, some blueberries spinach and no salt pumpkins seeds w a light amount of rasp walnut vinaigrette dressing It never gets boring for me eating this! I love it

I was told no straws and no bubble drinks. Both ive been a stickler on. Like others have said, do what your surgeon recommends. This is what mine recommended. I’m 3 years out and have stuck to it.

@kristieshannon I made tortilla soup a couple weeks ago too. It was good. Wish Texas was having some fall weather. Nothing like a cup of hot soup on a cold day. Yours look so good too!!

@highlymedicated I’m horrified that someone would even ask you that. What if you had, my mind is blown at what people say. Geez. Callus. I’m glad that you have not had a mastectomy and am sorry for anyone who has or is going through cancer treatment and get asked a question like that. On the other hand congrats on the weight loss! That is AWESOME!! I lost all my girls too when I lost my weight. They have since been brought to life here recently (8 mos ago or so). Mine were D before weight loss. Lost my weight and went down to an A. Mine looked crazy when I bent over. Nat Geo for sure. For me I wanted to bring mine back to life again. Nothing big but just in line w my body and the firmness now is a big plus I’ll say lol

I don’t know if it is or not text book wise but from my experience I’d say yes. When I have eaten it I don’t seem to get that full feeling you get from protien. I don’t eat popcorn regularly anyways. Just occasionally when we go to the movies.
