@lynnllvesthebeach That’s pretty exciting!! What is the plan with your thigh lift? What type of incision is he going to do? How long did he say for recovery?

I’ve had quinoa but never anything curry flavored. Spicy? My sweet pot don’t need much on them either. They are perfect cooked in the oven. Yummm

I totally agree it’s a nice alternative to the real deal. When I eat the cauliflower pizza I know I’m not getting what I would out of like grilled chicken etc but it’s a treat to have pizza every now and then and I don’t feel so guilty eating it. It’s the H‑E‑B brand cauliflower pizza. Sometimes though if we order out from somewhere like Mods I’ll just snag a slice of my husbands. It’s thin sliced and sooo good!!

Oh I’m not necessarily either. I was just curious bc I know with the pizzas you have to be careful bc some say “cauliflower “ crust when there is only a little cauliflower in it and the rest is flour. Some use only cauliflower. So I was curious when I saw the noodle one. I didn’t realize this when i first started trying cauliflower crust pizza. Which is so yummy!! I had a lot of trial and error in finding one I liked Thanks for the info on the new profile!😊

Just curious How much of the “noodle” is actual cauliflower? Sometimes they high things behind saying that when actually it just has a little in it.

Ah I see lol. I use such a minimal amount anyways w sauces.

Just remember to eat slow. Put fork/spoon down in between each bite. Really listen to your body. Since you’re saying you don’t feel any differently-make sure you are measuring out your food and stick to what your NUT says you should have at this point. Everyone is different so try not to compare yourself to what others have or don’t have at each stage. For me what worked and is working is Log, measure and wait those 30 min after drinking to eat and 30 min after eating to drink. I focus on protein most. You can do this!!😊

Looks delicious!! What brand SF BBQ sauce? I tried the Sweet Baby Rays bc that’s the only one I have found in our grocery store. But I didn’t like it. Told my husband I’d rather use less or nothing at all. I want to try other brands and see if I like another brand. Other SF items I like a lot. Like syrup. Mrs Buttersworth. Love it. Tastes the same to me as the regular. Anyways your tenders look sooo good!!

Had mine last Jan. I did a sort of mommy make over. I did full tummy tuck w muscle tightening, breast aug w lift. Drains for suck but worth it in the end right?! It’s only for a short time.

Hi!! I heard about the faja a lot too. I ordered a faja on Amazon but returned it. I felt they were too restricting for me. I used my binder/s for a long time. I had a total of two. The original got kinda worn after a bit so I got a second one from my surgeon. But my surgeon said the binder was just fine and that he didn’t think I needed a faja but if I wanted to that was fine. Ultimately I chose to stick w the binder. Now I still wear those spanx type tank tops most days under my clothes. The tank goes down to the top of my thighs. I still like the support even though I don’t actually need it. When is your surgery next month? So exciting. Are you having anything else done while in there?

Any pics? I need a lower body lift but my PS has mentioned a thigh lift to me. Only thing is that won’t lift my calves…bum etc

@bayougirlMrsS Wow! I will echo arabesque “va va voom” you look amazing! I love the boots too! I haven’t found a pair that fit me. Even with losing all my excess weight my calves are on the bigger side. @sophie-I LOVE that outfit. So very fall! Wish we had colder weather down here to wear more things like that. (Texas)
