Wow the gall bladder I started feeling a bit of pain this week but nothing persistent I’m gonna ask my pcp for a referral to get a gall bladder sonogram. Also I barely eat like I’m drinking my water intake but eating has been going down the drain. I cook and all it’s hard to pass certain proteins like chicken etc and I have to eat for a while. Not to mention I barely get hungry. Also I have t been drinking my protein as I should ugh this is all new to me and I have not weighed myself in awhile.

Tuna alone sits well when I mixed it with eggs not so much, the chicken was chicken breast and I put a bit o mayo kinda dry maybe it’s true what u say of chicken maybe too heavy. So I’m gonna wait a bit to try again

It doesn’t happen with purée foods but when I ate eggs and shredded chicken not even two ounces in my chest and back tightness up and out it goes. I think my stomach may need more time in purée or I’m eating a bit fast. Either way I’ll call thank u

Idk what it is I feel that bad tightness in my back and front and excess salvia and boom I’m throwing up. I think it’s still hard for me so I’m gonna ease up more into it and stay on purées for an extra bit. Although tuna alone goes down well

I can’t even stomach shredded chicken I threw up so I am going back to purée foods for an extra week or two. Horrible I threw up my lunch

I feel uncomfortable and like I can’t breathe tightness. Idk if the egg didn’t sit well or I ate a bit to many. But I eat out of a 3oz container and still leave food. That day I wanted to finish so it could of been either one or both. I’ll stay away from egg for a while and then re try.

Thank u! I mashed them to almoSt dust and my stomach didn’t want to take it, but next time I’ll eat half of that as u suggested and see thank you

Tell me about it, I don’t think I wanna try eggs again for awhile. Maybe an isolated event but yuck 🤢

Oh tightness a bit in my chest and in my back 😩

Omg I just threw up my first time I only had mashed up tuna and mashed up boiled egg like 3oz and threw it all up. My first sensation was uncomfortableness, excessive salvia and the overwhelming need to throw up. Sorry tmi I just never experienced it until now yuck 🤢

Hi, yeah day 3 for me was pretty much similar but walking is good to rid of gas. I still feel no hunger it’s mostly mental. I love it

Yes Debbi, I wish I had the direct link, but their knowledge on vitamins that exclude folic acid etc are the best.

Oh wow lilmoma3569 I had surgery that same day and I’m home since Thursday. I feel ok by the day, it’s not easy. Hope u feel better

Debbi try this sound weird like the baby center boards many woman who try to conceive with your condition have tons of info on vitamins they are using.

I am not in the vitamins section yet but I bought a centrum multivitamin that’s in liquid figure it will go down better, plus I’m gonna do an IV vitamin therapy just to make sure I have my vitamins in my system . I’ll update on that.

Anyone experience pounding headaches 5 days post op? I went to the urgent care and thank god no high blood pressure, seems I’m might be dehydrated even though I drink my Gatorade but haven’t been drinking water it’s so much liquids and my stomach can only take so much 😩 so today I’m drinking water with my flavor added to see and so far 30 oz still trying apart from my Gatorade, broth and jello.

Lord have mercy now I know not to trust your farts! TMI sorry. Also pain still there and heart burn 😩

I passed my leak test! Going home tomorrow my so sore ugh

I know the feeling mine was Monday and I’m doing my leak test today, had issues with my blood pressure to drink has been hard everything comes back up and remembering to drink slow at first was was tough and still is. So I have gotten my purple nasty liquid and it’s 6:45 am in Mexico I have until 8 to drink it 😩

Oh today I will see the Nutrionist and go over my nutrition plan

Day 2 last night was ruff luckily they gave me morphine and slept like a baby by 11pm and then up by 4am. Just woke up from a nap draining tons but almost clear. They gave me some medications this morning my blood pressure has been a bit high at 145/86 then 30mins at 136/86 so they still have me in the floor monitoring me and by my next blood pressure check is still high they are gonna give me meds. we started the ice chips and it helped with the acid reflux but after a few chips I was full and stopped. So far my gas pin is on my left back side which I’m walking tons. I’m not hungry it mental hunger more than anything. Tomorrow I’ll have the leak test. I have to say the care here is super! The doctors and nurses have seen me a few times check my wounds and change my gauges a few times.

Finally got sleeved! Made it and Dr. Almanza is wonderful and staff as well. No complaints. I’ll talk more about my surgery. Has pain is bad I just got out and finally in my room.
