OMG, I just found this. I love these ideas. Though my meal(s) aren't as exciting. Breakfast: coffee/1/2 caramel protein Snack: 2 beef jerky pieces Lunch: 5oz pot roast only meat snack: 2 beef jerky pieces Supper: probably 3 chips w/guacamole (good fat) That's a normal day for me, I don't even compare.
