Way to go! You have put in some hard & heavy work! Great muscle tone in your arms, back & shoulders. My surgery is Monday and I love seeing results like this. I have two co-workers who have had the surgery but three years out you would never know that. I don't want to be a failure. Congratulations and good luck on your fitness journey. Yes, it seems short right?? So far no issues with insurance and they will pay 90% so we're pushing forward. I feel like I need to cram for an exam. I'm reading, watching videos and trying to psych myself up for this life changing adventure.

Good luck!!

That's one of my biggest fears too. I hate throwing up period. The words "dry heave" do not even sound fun, especially not after surgery. Good luck! I've heard that you've got to follow instructions to the T....I hope you do well!

Hello All - I am new to the group. Have been investigating doing this type of surgery for about a year. Started meeting with a surgeon in Nov. Just recently scheduled surgery for Dec 31st. What a way to celebrate the new year! I'm a bit nervous (especially after someone misread a CAT scan). Almost feels like being at the top of a roller coaster right before it goes over the edge - really, really fast!!

That's great! Are you moving around well? How was the pain?
