Havent been on here for a while, have been on life routine and enjoying the new me! Came to update, help motivate and stay focused. Current weight 197lbs from 298lbs bfore sleeve surgery. Surgery date:8/16/18 Very happy! And still working on my journey!

For me they have. For my face I use 2x a day Lancome Viosionaire products. For my arms, belly and thighs I use daily a mexican product i used to buy in Mexico. But they have it in amazon now called Lipo Alcachofa cream.

Thank you!! That was one of my worries also..but im ok with my skin..its not that bad.. im really blessed Ive only been using firming creams for arms,belly and thighs.

I did use those before and after surgery for like 4 months recommended by my surgeon. Blood test are normal.

Mine was 2 hours. Depends which surgery, every case is different and every Surgeon works different.

Thank you!! Thats awsome.[emoji7] ur doing great! I take more pictures now[emoji23] I get you! It is a struggle. Im proud to say i have not tried junk food simply cuz im scared of getting sick. Yes its easy to start eating a lil more and more as days go by. I did get scared once cuz I ate a lil to much and felt like dying. It was enough to keep me away from over eating or bad stuff. But what I do is play with my mind...lol if i crave pizza I make my own coliflower crust pizza..if i crave burgers i make veggie burger for me, pasta ? Butternut squash noodles for me.. my big crave is chips! Ill have like 2 pita chips and crave is done... meal portion/prep is a must for me,always Prepared anywhere I go I carry my stuff. Its the only way to stay focused. Yes im also scared of honeymoon stage ending which is why i try harder.

No complications since day 1 post-op ..very blessed! At first had hard time with water but its a stage im fine now. Following portions/Meal prep to stay focused. Still taking my protein shakes and vitamins. Blood test have been perfect! No more diabetes, no more blood pressure, no more swelling in my feet. The only thing is hair loss but i cut my hair short wear extensions when i feel like it.( I know its temp) How are you doing?

Ive been using Lancome visionare set 2x a day, to repair dark spots, open pores and to help with skin texture through this weightloss process, I absolutly love it. I am now 6 months post op. Have been on Biotin for 3 close to 4 months now. If you can see in the picture it did help. My hair loss decreased but guess what?..im getting alot of unwanted facial hair. [emoji31] NOT happy with my new 5 o' clock shadow coming out[emoji15] [emoji26]Im a LADY![emoji16] [emoji13] I am thinking of stoping Biotin.
