My surgery date is approaching (June 6th). My doc reccomended I begin the pre op diet 1 week prior to the procedure. What should I be doing for diet in the mean time? I've been cutting down on fatty foods, crewing more, & making better food choices. Any suggestions?
Also what did some of you do for pre-op diet? Did you buy Optifast products?
