Had No complications with surgery, but had severe iv back up leaving me w/ nerve sensitivity and pain in rt arm /hand

Joined OA in 9/2021 because I am an emotional eater and the surgery didn't fix the mind and my  relationship w/ food

I am feeling emotionally lighert since being in oa  (Overeaters Anonymous)finding new more productive ways to cope with emotions vs eating.

I wish we all had to go to a few meetings before surgery.

Great program , Free, and works if you work it. Its not a diet club.
