I'm on day 1 of my 2 week protein/clear liquids diet. I cannot get a protein shake down yet! I tried the stuff you mix and it smelled terrible and almost threw up and tried premixed Premier chocolate, but I've only gotten 3 sips down in an hour. I think I can survive on clear liquids and broth for 2 weeks, but these shakes are horrible 😢. Should I try protein water, and if so what kind? Did anyone else have this problem?
