I had 2 weeks of "anything that could run off a spoon". I stuck to thin soups, sugar free pudding, broth, and protein shakes.
After that i had a week of puree....really didnt follow it, i just chewed really well and mushed up everything i ate.
Now almost 4 weeks out im eating anything i want. I went for my first fill today, and i eat some beef stew afterwords. But i still mushed it, because i didnt want to get anything stuck.
So far so good!
