I know - trust the process I am tracking every bite and all water - getting protein and h20 (eating under 800/day) At 4 weeks only have 18 lb loss - very frustrated - and can not poop. geez seriously - I know this will work - but I am seriously frustrated

THANKS FOR THE REPLY getting 80-90 g of protein a day usually chicken or eggs (and p protein shake for breakfast) I love protein so that is no problem really - I guess I am frustrated bc i feeling like i am doing the whole thing nearly PERFECT and ?? I should be getting more payoff this is a marathon - try to keep that in mind - Turtle wins the race - right

Anybody pureed meat ?? I have been thinking when it is time - that might be the move - like make my own baby food ? I have a can of chicken breast figured when it was time (only 6 days PO-not yet) will try to puree it.

I am 6 days post op - I know this is an older post but if made me feel better so THANKS TO ALL I am sooooo tired and I was getting scared thinking - is this my life now blah blah I have a hard time taking it easy and patience - but I am going to HAVE TO TAKE IT EASY AND BE PATIENT

you really can feel that mess moving around inside you I am 5 days post op and when I get up it is still (gas) shifting all around in my torso It stops me in my tracks gas x is doing nothing - you are right whom ever said that uhhhhhhh

congrats - I am looking forward to next week when I get pureed meal I am kind of dying right now (5 days post op) and SOOOOOOO EXHASTED am I the only one who is so tired ??

I am 4 days post op too I thought I was hungry too I am really not sure what the heck is going on in my stomach I think my brain thinks i should be hungry - I am having weird feeling in my whole abdomen area I really have no idea if it is hunger gas or ???? I was getting kind of bummed tonight - this liquid diet is a drag but maybe I need some better stuff idk I will drink my protein water and go to bed - hopefully I can sleep tonight
